Arrived with box damaged and several pieces broken, roof cap was brown. After repairing the best we could with cracks in pieces, plywood very thin, and hinged doors warped within 2 weeks of being assembled and outside. Will have to build or buy another one next summer. Very cute design and perfect template for another coop, just didn't plan on spending the price for a template Positive note: Customer service very willing to replace any broken parts. :)
