I used a peanut with some peanut butter on the bottom side "glued" to the front of the table in the trap. Plus a peanut with some peanut butter on it, just inside the trap. Worked wonders!! I trapped 15 squirrels, 4 mice and 1 rat so far all relocated to a local park where I'm sure they're much happier eating acorns rather than the fruit from my trees!!

This trap works very well, cuaght two chipmunks the first day. Also caughta young skunk and three grackles. Well worth the price

The trap works as described. It would be easier to set if the wire attached to the hook to set it were on the outside. I have a large trap and that is the way it is made.
