The Uncle Henry's 167UH Fillet Knife, Is a great Value at below $30.00USD. The Blade has decent flex. Not the flex you will find with other fillet knifes that will cost you a arm and a leg but quite nice and plenty of flex for you fisherman. I like the knife enough I was using it on some deer meat to remove silver skin. The knife preformed well very little lose of meat. I am sure that the slight loss of meat had more to do with me than the knife. The knife it self seems to be constructed well with only minor flaws found. The only flaw that I saw that the blade sharping process could use a little tuning. The blade was not evenly sharpened but did have a decent edge. I would recommend that every fisherman or fisherlady! has one of these bad boys in their tackle box.

VERY GOOD KNIFE. I USE THEM ON WALLEYE & PERCH MOSTLY. I LIKE THE FEEL AND FLEXABILITY OF THE THIN BLADE. I CAN CLEAN UP TO 50 PERCH BEFORE I TOUCH UP THE EDGE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS KNIFE.
